I have worked in residential home building for thirteen years and lawn care/maintenance for 7 years.   I have built houses from the ground up.  I have coordinated with city inspectors getting permits and inspections approved, as a residential superintendent.  
My skills include:  
* Interior and exterior framing and sheeting
* Truss layout  
* Metal roofing
* Drywall installation and finishing
* Door and window installation
* Tile work
* Cabinet installation
* Interior and exterior fixture installation 
* Landscaping, irrigation and lawn sprinkler installation (repair of pvc, black poly pipe, sprinkler installation and repair), lawn care, and lawnmower repair and servicing.  
* I have also built pole barns, and helped build interior offices inside those pole barns.
